Kim Thompson is an entrepreneur at heart. She launched her company after a career in sales, personal development, television and event production for both the corporate and non-profit sector.
Understanding that no matter what the industry, the goal will always be the same: to turn a profit, she decided to blend her expertise of both sales and production to show others how to exceed sales goals, and run profitable businesses.
Kim has an extensive background in sales and marketing. She began her career in advertising sales, and as a top producer, was asked to share her success strategies with sales teams throughout Orange County, CA. Kim became a franchise owner with Success Motivation Institute, (SMI) a pioneer in personal development home study courses. Kim trained with top sales strategists and thought leaders, such as Zig Ziglar and Les Brown, she taught sales strategies and organized sales and motivational seminars.
