Before launching Love FrogKisser and Spirit & Spark, Dallisa was the Director of Alumni Relations for the Neeley School of Business at TCU and the Director of Sustainability and Community for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. At TCoLV, she held an instrumental role in the cultural growth and engagement development designed to make The Cosmopolitan a more meaningful place to work. Hocking’s layered background catapulted her success at TCoLV where she created innovative events and initiatives for the internal community, directed sustainability efforts and aligned the company with philanthropic partnerships and volunteer programming. Dallisa has made understanding people and matters of the heart her core mission. In early 2015 she founded Love FrogKisser, LLC, a company focused on working with individuals to navigate modern-day dating, relationships and sustainable love through private coaching, workshops and thoughtfully curated singles events. Hocking has been recognized as a ‘Fearless Female’ by Las Vegas Woman magazine and won the 2008 Chairman’s Award for Innovation from Caesars Entertainment.
