A morning routine will help you get motivated, inspired, and charged for the day. A routine will add structure, happiness, and fulfillment to your morning.
Try these 4 steps every morning for thirty days to see a positive rise in you!
Start by having fifteen minutes of silence while enjoying your favorite morning drink; coffee, tea, milk, water. During this time think of 3 things that are currently positive in your life.
Take thirty minutes to nurture your body by doing your favorite workout. I personally love to run on the treadmill while listening to my favorite podcast ” The Art of Charm.”
Feed your mind by reading a few pages or a chapter in a non-fictional book. A book that will provide with you knowledge or add value to your life. Currently I’m reading “The School of Greatness” by Lewis Howes.
Create and accomplish one Daily Goal that’s going to help you get ahead in your life and add value to your future. For example: “Today I’m going to perfect my resume to land the job I want” or ” Today I’m going start on the book that I’ve been wanting to write and publish.”
