Love & Mindfulness Coach, Janie Terrazas is on a mission to inspire and empower others to live a more balanced, mindful, love-filled life. Prior to stepping into the field of personal growth and wellness, Janie was working in the media and entertainment industry. For over 15 years, she successfully worked in Los Angeles, as a television host/producer, entertainment reporter and fitness model. In 2012, she experienced a spiritual awakening that ignited her intuitive gifts. Ever since, she has dedicated her life to acting as a guide for those who are ready to venture down the path of self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love. Her Illumination Program is for those seeking to reconnect to their authentic self, so they can create the life, love and happiness they truly desire. She currently hosts a podcast titled The Sacral Circle; she features guests who offer inspirational healing advice for women who have had to face sexual trauma, or abuse.
