Our unique aspect is that each coach is still an industry professional who is in the trenches on a day to day basis. From executives in technology solutions to non-profit thought leaders, our team is highly trained and certified professionals with expertise in various areas, including leadership, career development, communication, personal growth, and more.
Rise Up For You offers coaching services in a wide range of areas, including but not limited to executive coaching, leadership development, career advancement, confidence building, self-discovery, public speaking and more. Coaching is tailored to your specific goals and needs.
To get started, simply choose your coaching package above . You can schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our coaches to discuss your goals and determine the best coaching program for you.
A standard coaching program last 6 months with bi-weekly sessions. However, accelerated coaching is possible providing weekly sessions for 3 months. Our coaches will work with you to create a customized coaching plan that aligns with your objectives. Coaching sessions are typically conducted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for 30 mins via video each session.
Due to our global reach in clientele, Rise Up For You provides online coaching sessions. We utilize various video conferencing platforms to ensure seamless virtual coaching experiences that are engaging, transformational, and impactful.
Yes, coaching sessions at Rise Up For You are entirely confidential. We adhere to strict ethical guidelines, and your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
Our coaches will work with you to set clear goals and milestones at the beginning of your coaching program. Progress will be assessed regularly through discussions, self-assessments, and feedback. You will have the opportunity to track your development and make adjustments as needed. Each coaching participant will take pre and post assessments in Emotional Intelligence, Confidence, and The 6 Pillars to Success.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, please contact your coach as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. We appreciate advance notice whenever feasible. We highly recommend rescheduling within the same week as the cadence between sessions does impact the transformational process.
