Take your training assessment on Pillar #1. Must pass a LIVE virtual training and written assessment
Complete the second phase of the coursework, Pillar #2 Emotional Intelligence
Take your training assessment on Pillar #2. Must pass a LIVE virtual training and written assessment
Complete the third phase of the coursework, Pillar #3 Transformational Leadership
Take your training assessment on Pillar #3. Must pass a LIVE virtual training and written assessment
Complete the third phase of the coursework, Pillar #4 Influential Communication
Take your training assessment on Pillar #4. Must pass a LIVE virtual training and written assessment
Complete LIVE coaching assessment using the RISE Power Up coaching curriculum
Upon passing and completing all steps, receive RISE Power Up Soft Skills Certification and seal for social media
